Ingredients

  • 4 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then cook them on a preheated grill or stovetop until desired level of doneness.

  2. In a food processor, combine parsley, garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pulse until well blended.

  3. Serve the steaks hot off the grill, topped generously with the chimichurri sauce.
