Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks Recipe

How To Make Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks (preferably ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the steaks in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

  5. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness.

  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the steaks hot and enjoy!
