- 4 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together horseradish, softened butter, salt, and black pepper.
