
How To Make Ground Chicken Taco Burgers
These taco burgers are loaded with delicious taco flavors for a heartier meal! Whip up a filling serving of these burgers in just under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1lbground chicken
- ½small onion,diced
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- 1ozdry taco seasoning mix
- 1egg
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 4wheat hamburger buns,toasted
- 4Pepperjack cheese,slices
- 1avocado,peeled, pitted and sliced
- ¼cupjalapeno pepper,chopped
- ½cupsalsa,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

Lightly oil the grill grate, and place it about 4 inches from the heat source.

Mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, and egg together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly, then form into 4 soft patties.

Cook the chicken patties on the preheated grill for 5 to 8 minutes until the meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Place each patty on one half of a hamburger bun, top with a slice of cheese, avocado slices, and desired amounts of jalapeno peppers and salsa. Cover with remaining half of bun.
