How To Make Jumbo Jack (Jack in the Box Copycat)
You can now make your own jumbo jack burger at home with this copycat recipe. Cop this classic dish with simple ingredients in just 30 minutes.
Simply mix all of the sauce ingredients into a bowl. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
First, preheat an electric griddle to 400 degrees F. Toast buns by laying them face down on the griddle for about a minute, and set aside.
Form the ground beef into thin patties, slightly larger than the bun. Cook patties on the hot griddle for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Pinch a bit of salt and pepper and sprinkle it over each patty.
Once the patties have cooked, assemble the burgers. Take the bottom bun and spread the sauce over it. Then stack the ingredients in the following order: 1 beef patty, 2 tomato slices, 2 lettuce leaves, 2 pickles, a handful of diced onions, and top bun.
Serve hot and enjoy.
