How To Make Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sliders

These jalapeno chicken sliders come with grilled patties paired with a ranch mayo dressing for smoky and spicy flavors in each bite.

  • 1lbground chicken
  • 1lbground pork
  • 2tbspjalapeno peppers,chopped
  • 2tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
  • 1tbspgarlic,chopped
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 2tbspolive oil,or as needed
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste
  • 12burger buns,slider-sized

For Spicy Ranch Dressing:

  • ½cupranch dressing
  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbspspicy salsa


  1. Combine the chicken, pork, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well and form into 12 small patties.

  2. Place on a platter and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned. Do not press down. Place the patties inside slider buns.

  5. Mix the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and salsa together to make spicy ranch dressing.

  6. Serve the dressing alongside sliders, and enjoy!
