How To Make Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Chips

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the sweet potato into thin slices to make chips.

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the turkey mixture into 4 patties and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

While the turkey burgers are baking, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a separate lined baking sheet.
