How To Make Spiced Lamb Burgers with Minty Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for serving
- For the minty yogurt:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
