How To Make Salmon Burgers

These salmon burgers prove that you don’t need to load your dish with fats to make a great burger. They have the freshness of dill, green onion, and lemon.

  • 1lbsalmon,skin removed
  • 1tbspdijon
  • 1tspworcestershire sauce
  • 2tbspgreen onion,chopped
  • 1tbspfresh dill
  • ½lemon juice
  • 1tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • ½cupbreadcrumbs

For Optional Serving:

  • tarter sauce
  • butter lettuce


  1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Cut the salmon into one inch cubes.

  2. Place in a food processor with dijon, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pulse until combined.

  3. In a medium-sized bowl add the salmon and breadcrumbs and mix.

  4. Shape into four patties and place on the grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

  5. Remove from grill and place on buns and desired toppings.
