Burgers are usually served with buns. But this low-carb burger recipe is served in a bowl with spinach, tomatoes, onions, and your favorite condiments.

- 12ozImpossible burger meat
- 1cupspinach
- ¼cuptomatodiced
- 3sliceskosher dill pickles
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 2tsponion powder
- ¼tspsalt
- 1onionmedium, diced
- 1avocado
- ketchup
- dijon mustardoptional

In a medium bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic powder, powder, and salt.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the ground meat. Cover to ensure thorough cooking. Cook the meat for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat or until cooked through. Stir every five minutes to prevent meat getting dry.

While the ground meat is cooking, start preparing the ingredients that are going to be in the bowl.

In a medium bowl, place freshly-washed spinach, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.

When the ground meat is cooked and crumbled, spoon ¼ of ground meat into the bowl you prepared.

Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and add half an avocado, then serve.
