How To Make Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for topping
- Tzatziki sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, red onion, garlic, mint, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Toast the burger buns if desired.
