How To Make Lamb & Feta Burgers with Minty Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for serving

In a bowl, mix together ground lamb, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
