
How To Make Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions

Preheat the grill.

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Brush the mushroom slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
