Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion (for serving)
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
