Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion (for serving)
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  4. Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes, if desired.

  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on each bun. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese if desired.
