How To Make Grilled Burgers Latino

Have a blast on your next barbecue with these Latino-inspired grilled burgers! Juicy patties seasoned with cumin, cinnamon and garlic then mixed with bacon and green chili peppers. Finally assembled with avocado slices and tomato for that burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 1 fresh green chili pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 pkg. hamburger bun

Instructions

  1. Cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
  2. Crumble bacon and mix with ground beef, onion, green chili peppers, garlic, cumin and cinnamon.
  3. Divide into patties and grill to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (well-done).

  4. Serve with sliced avocado and sliced tomato over hamburger buns.
