With creamy goat cheese, sink your teeth to these thick double-decker burgers made with grilled ground chuck and sirloin for meaty patties.

Ingredients

  • ¾lbground chuck,about 80% lean
  • ¾lbground sirloin,about 90% lean
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper,to taste
  • goat cheese
  • 4kaiser rolls,or hamburger buns
  • chile relish,grilled

Instructions

  1. Light a grill. In a bowl, mix the ground meats. Form the meat into 8 patties and grill for 2 minutes per side.

  2. Top 4 of the patties with a disk of goat cheese, some of the Grilled Chile Relish, and another burger.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
