Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
