
How To Make Blackened Fish Burger
This blackened fish burger proves that burgers don’t always have to be fatty and greasy. Blackened fish fillets are served with cabbage & Greek yogurt.

- 6oztilapia,(1 tilapia), fillet
- 1tbspcajun seasoning
- 1tbspGreek yogurt
- 1tspsriracha sauce
- 1whole wheat hamburger bun
- 1leafred cabbage
- 3slicesavocado
Instructions

Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, until hot.

Meanwhile, rub tilapia with Cajun seasoning and set aside.

Combine Greek yogurt and Sriracha in a bowl; mix well. Place mixture onto one side of the bun; add red cabbage and avocado.

Cook fish in the hot skillet or griddle until almost black, but not burned. This will be about 2 minutes per side. It should be crunchy on the outside but flaky on the inside. Place fish on the prepared bun.
