How To Make Bhaji Burger

Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage), finely chopped
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1 tsp of red chili powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
- Tomato slices for garnish
- Onion slices for garnish
- Tamarind chutney for serving
- Green chutney for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the mixed vegetables, chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well until a thick batter is formed.

Take a portion of the vegetable batter and drop it into the hot oil using a spoon. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fry the vegetable bhaji until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Toast the burger buns on a hot griddle until light golden brown.

Spread tamarind chutney on the bottom half of each bun and green chutney on the top half.

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a tomato slice, onion slice, and a generous portion of the vegetable bhaji.

Cover with the top half of the bun and press gently to assemble the burger.
