- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beer
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, and tartar sauce for serving
