Ingredients
- 2.5 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil, or sesame oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions

Cut the steak into strips.

Combine all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated.
