How To Make Crockpot Mongolian Beef
- 2.5 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Cut the steak into strips.
- Combine all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours and serve.
