Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into strips.
  • Combine all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated.
  • Cook on high for 2-3 hours and serve.
