Crockpot Mongolian Beef Recipe

Mongolian Beef tastes great served over a bed of rice which would work perfectly to complete the meal. For a healthy alternative, serve over a bed of broccoli!

How To Make Crockpot Mongolian Beef

  • 2.5 lb Flank Steak
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  1. First, cut the steak intro strips.

  2. Combine the steak, oil, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce, water, and sugar to the slow cooker.

  3. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated. Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
