  • 2.5 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, or sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar


  1. Cut the steak into strips.

  2. Combine all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated.

  3. Cook on high for 2-3 hours and serve.
