  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 russet potatoes (chopped into large chunks)
  • 4 carrots (diced fine)
  1. Place meat in the crockpot and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir well.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, make the beef is evenly covered.
  4. Cover, and let cook on low setting for 10-12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
