- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions

In the slow cooker, combine mushrooms, onion, garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
