  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine mushrooms, onion, garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

  3. Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked egg noodles.
