Amazing Slow-Cooked Chicken Kiev Recipe

Cutting into a chicken kiev is a delightful sight to see. The oozing cheese makes up for the preparation process. It’s truly a culinary masterpiece.

How To Make Amazing Slow-Cooked Chicken Kiev

  • 7 ½ oz. light butter spread
  • 1 
 tsp. parsley
  • 1 
 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 
 tsp. chervil
  • 1 
 tsp. dill
  • Lime zest (to taste)
  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • 1 
 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 
 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 
 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 2 
 cup breadcrumbs (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 ham slices
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  1. Mix the butter spread, tarragon, parsley, chervil, zests, salt, and pepper. Place aside.

  2. Flatten the chicken breast halves.

  3. Take one chicken breast and place a slice of ham and cheese on top and roll it, like a log.

  4. Beat the eggs. Place the rolled chicken in the beaten egg.

  5. Dip it in the breadcrumbs and repeat the process.

  6. Add oil to the crockpot. Add each breast into the crockpot.

  7. Let cook for 4 hours or until it is cooked thoroughly.
  8. Warm up the butter and herb mixture you made and add this to each serving if preferred.
