- 3 lb. red potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1 ½ tbsp. seasoned salt
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika, optional
- ½ tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
- Toss halfway through to ensure even cooking.
