How To Make Crockpot Beef Lasagna Soup

Beef lasagna soup simmered in a crockpot for a delicious dinner

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 lasagna noodles (broken into pieces and uncooked)
  • 10 ¾ oz tomato soup (or 1 can condensed)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 14 ½ oz tomatoes (or 1 can diced)
  • 12 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded )
  • 8 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Combine the onions, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce and put in the crockpot.
  2. Add all the spices and bouillon cubes to the crockpot. Then, pour in the water.

  3. Spread the broken uncooked lasagna noodle pieces around the crockpot.
  4. Crumble the raw ground beef over the top of the noodles.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours.

  6. Half hour before serving, stir in the Ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
