
How To Make Crock-Pot Pork Chops
Pork chops simply flavored with garlic, onion, salt and pepper are slow-cooked with beef broth until tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful.

Ingredients
- 2lbspork chops,boneless
- 1packetpork gravy mix
- ½tsponion powder
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1cupbeef broth
- pepper,to taste
- 2tbspcornstarch,(plus 2 tbsp cold water)
- ¼cupheavy cream
Instructions

Add the gravy mix, onion powder, garlic powder, broth, and pepper to your slow cooker. Give it a stir.

Add in the pork (submerge it in the liquid as best as possible).

Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or Low for 6 to 8 hours.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and cold water together. Add it to the slow cooker, along with the cream.

Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens up.
