- 1small onion,chopped
- 15½ozblack beans,(1 can) drained
- 15½ozkidney beans,(1 can) drained
- 8oztomato sauce,(1 can)
- 10ozfrozen corn kernels
- 10oztomatoes w/chilies,(2 cans) diced
- 4ozgreen chili peppers,chopped
- 1reduced sodium taco seasoning,(packet) or homemade
- 1tbspcumin
- 1tbspchili powder
- 3chicken breasts,(24 oz) boneless skinless
- ¼cupfresh cilantro,chopped
Instructions

Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomato, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker and mix well.

Nestle the chicken in to completely cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.

A half an hour before serving, remove chicken, and shred.

Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
