How To Make Cheesy Crockpot Chicken And Rice
Tender chicken cooked in a bed of chicken broth and cream before shredded and served with rice, corn and cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 box Zatarain’s Yellow Rice, (195 g) or any rice of your choice cooked according to package
- 2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded , or cheese blend
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 15.25 oz corn, drained
- 2 Cups chicken stock
Instructions
- Place chicken into crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped onions on top of chicken.

Mix two cups of chicken broth and can of cream of chicken soup in a bowl and pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Before serving shred chicken and add rice, corn and cheese.
- Mix well and until cheese is melted.
