- 1 lb braising steak, cut into cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsp masala
- salt and pepper , to taste

In a frying pan, cook the beef for 4 to 5 minutes until it has browned.
