Ingredients

  • 1 lb ham, sliced about 1 inch thick, fully cooked
  • 21 oz apple pie filling
  • cup raisins, light
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine pie filling, raisins, orange juice, water, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  2. Cut ham into 6 equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
  3. In crock pot alternatively layer ham with apple mixture ending with apple mixture.
  4. Cover, cook on low heat setting for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve with rice, if desired.
