  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
