This works great for beef, pork, chicken, venison, and even seafood. So if you’re interested, try making a mouthwatering dish with the help of these marinades! You’ll never run out of options to try with these in your back pocket.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 0 minutes (marinating time is not included)
Total: 10 minutes

  • 1 cup of beer
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  1. In a bowl, combine the beer, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Place the steak in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or cook the steak according to your desired method and your preferred level of doneness.

  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
