How To Make Kalbi Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Place the beef short ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all the meat is coated evenly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the short ribs from the marinade, shaking off any excess.
