  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced peppers, white vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
