Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ham (about 3 pounds)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, cayenne pepper, and ground cinnamon.

  2. Pat the ham dry with paper towels and place it on a baking sheet.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ham, pressing it into the meat.

  4. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  5. Bake the ham for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
