- 1cucumber,finely grated
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 1tspdried dill weed
- 1tspdried oregano leaves
- salt and pepper,to taste
- ½medium lemon,juiced
- 1tbspextra virgin olive oil

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, white wine vinegar, dried dill week, dried oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste, then add lemon juice and drizzle olive oil on top.
