Ingredients

  • 10ozsilken tofudrained
  • 2tsplemon zestgrated
  • 1lemonjuiced
  • 4clovesgarlicchopped
  • 1cupwater
  • 2tspWorcestershire saucevegetarian
  • 3tbspParmesan cheese
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, water, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Serve as a sauce or dip. Enjoy!

If the consistency of the dressing is too thick, simply add more water to thin out.
