- 10ozsilken tofudrained
- 2tsplemon zestgrated
- 1lemonjuiced
- 4clovesgarlicchopped
- 1cupwater
- 2tspWorcestershire saucevegetarian
- 3tbspParmesan cheese
- Saltto taste
- Pepperto taste
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, water, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
