  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  1. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add the peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, and water to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

  3. Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens to your desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.
