How To Make Texas Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish
The jalapeno adds a different kick of spice to the cranberry sauce that makes your food more tasty and less bland.

Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries, or frozen
- 1 lime, whole
- ¾ cup sugar, granulated
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- orange peel , for garnish
Instructions

Place cranberries in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.

Process until coarsely chopped.

Transfer to a bowl.

Cut the lime with the peel into small chunks, process until finely diced.

Add to cranberries along with sugar and jalapenos.

Mix in the cilantro.

Refrigerate relish for several hours to allow flavors to mellow and blend.
