  • cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • tbsp capers, drained
  • tbsp olive oil
  • tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • dash black pepper


  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Put in refrigerator and cover for 1 hour to enhance flavor.
