How To Make Tahini Dressing

Top your salad and roasted veggies with this irresistible tahini dressing! It’s rich, well-seasoned, and made with just a few simple ingredients.

  • ½cuptahini
  • cuplemon juice,freshly-squeezed
  • ¼cupwater,warm
  • 2garlic cloves,small, pressed or minced
  • ½tspground cumin,or smoked paprika
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper,freshly-cracked
  • ¼tspcayenne
  • 1tbspmaple syrup,optional sweetener


  1. Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and maple syrup in a small bowl until evenly combined.

  2. Add an additional 1 to 3 tablespoons of water to thin out the dressing a bit.

  3. Serve over salads or other savory meals, and enjoy!
