- ½cuptahini
- ⅓cuplemon juice,freshly-squeezed
- ¼cupwater,warm
- 2garlic cloves,small, pressed or minced
- ½tspground cumin,or smoked paprika
- ¼tspkosher salt
- ¼tspblack pepper,freshly-cracked
- ¼tspcayenne
- 1tbspmaple syrup,optional sweetener
Instructions
