This strawberry salsa gives a delicious, juicy strawberry taste with just the perfect lime, honey, and salt flavor for a sweet and satisfying dip.

- 1medium lime,juiced and zested
- 1½tsphoney,or maple syrup
- pinchfine sea salt
- 2cupsstrawberries,hulled, diced
- 1jalapeno pepper,seeded, chopped, *
- ½small red onion,chopped
- ½cupfresh cilantro,chopped
- freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- chips,for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice and zest, honey, and salt. Stir in the strawberries, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro.
