  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, bourbon, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

  3. Place the chicken wings on the grill or on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  4. Brush the wings generously with the bourbon buffalo sauce.

  5. Grill or bake the wings for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy.

  6. Remove the wings from the grill or oven and brush them with more sauce.

  7. Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
