How To Make Spinach Artichoke Dip Sandwiches

Take the rich and creamy dip and turn it into a filling for these artichoke dip sandwiches. You’ll love how it complements the bagels nicely.

  • 1pkgfrozen spinach,chopped
  • 1pkgcream cheese
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1canartichoke hearts
  • ½cuplow fat mayonnaise
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tspground black pepper
  • 6bagels
  • lettuce, tomato, etc.,fixings of your choice


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Squeeze as much water out of the spinach. Stir the spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, artichokes, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together until well combined.

  2. Transfer the spinach mixture to the baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the top has some brown spots and the edges are bubbling.

  3. Turn off the oven and use the oven mitts to remove the baking dish.

  4. Scoop hot onto bagels and add any desired fixings.
