
How To Make Spicy Kielbasa Dip
Make game days extra spicy with this loaded kielbasa dip, packed with tender sausages, beans, and cream cheese, for a truly cheesy and creamy dip!

Ingredients
- 1lbsmoked kielbasa,diced
- 21ozRo-tel with diced green chiles,(2 cans)
- 15ozchili beans
- 15ozblack beans
- 1pkgMcCormick Chili Seasoning
- 4ozjalapeños,(1 can), diced, or add to taste
- 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), full fat
- 2cupscheddar cheese,freshly shredded
For Optional Toppings:
- green onions
- fresh cilantro
- bacon bits
- salt and pepper
For Dipping:
- red peppers
- tortilla chips
Instructions

In a nonstick skillet, sauté the kielbasa until browned.

Transfer to a small crockpot. Add in the very well drained Ro-tel, undrained chili beans, and rinsed and drained black beans. Add in the chili seasoning and jalapeños to taste.

Cover and cook on High for 1½ to 3 hours or until hot.

Cube the cream cheese, then soften in the microwave. Add to the crockpot, then briskly whisk until completely smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese.

Cover and cook until the cheese is completely melted.

If desired, top with fresh cilantro and green onions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Serve with chips and red pepper strips, and enjoy!
