This black bean dip recipe gets a kick of hot sauce and serrano chiles. We\\\’ve even added in a cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Ingredients
- 24 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups tomato, crushed
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 pcs serrano chiles, or jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
- â…“ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, or red cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a food processor and blend slightly.
- Place mixture in a small baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips.
