  • 12oz.Italian sausage
  • ½cuponion,diced
  • 8ouncesVelveeta cheese
  • 4oz.cream cheese
  • ½cupmilk
  • 1tsp.mustard powder
  • 1tsp.Worcestershire sauce
  • 1cupsharp cheddar


  1. Brown sausage and onion until no pink remains. Drain fat.

  2. Add processed cheese and cream cheese. Stir over medium heat until melted.

  3. Whisk in mustard powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking until hot and bubbly.

  4. Stir in cheddar cheese.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crostini.
