How To Make Simple Vegetable Dip
This dairy-free vegetable dip combines soaked French bread, almonds, and cider vinegar for a tangy and nutty dip that’s perfect with veggies.
Tear the bread into chunks. This should make 4 cups of bread.
Soak the bread with enough cold water in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes or until tender enough to puree.
Puree the garlic with the almonds in the blender until it turns into a fine paste.
Squeeze the water out of the bread, and add the bread to the paste. Add the salt, olive oil, cider vinegar, and nutmeg, then blend to combine.
If needed, add up to 1⁄4 cup water until thick, but not too thick, until the consistency is reached.
Serve and dip in with the veggies. Enjoy!
