Ingredients
- 2cupsgranulated sugar
- ¼cupall-purpose flour
- ¼cupcocoa powder
- 12ozevaporated milk
- ¼cupbutter
Instructions

Whisk together the sugar, flour and cocoa powder in a saucepan.

Add evaporated milk and butter.

Bring the mixture to a low boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Gently boil the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.

Allow mixture to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then whisk once more.
